Cost of sales of $44.3 million, compared with $53.9 million
 
Gross margin of 30.7%, compared with 22.6%
 
Adjusted EBITDA of $13.5 million, compared with $4.4 million
 
Net income of $4.2 million, compared with net loss of $3.8 million

Back to back strong quarters, if they can do the same in Q3 that would make a trend. Let's see how the market reacts to these numbers. Maybe back to our short term high of $.44? The numbers that draw my attention out of all of this is the gross margins improvement to 30.7%! And also that the revolving line of credit had been paid down to 27.5 million at June 30 and then a further $7.7 million ...more

The $4.5 government wage grant sure helped. Not to mention the additional invoicing from converting inventory from BAR to Bill and hold that greatly helped the gross margin.  So basically the company has not made a penny this year without the grants and the interest waiver on LTD. smoke and mirrors!!!!
