Maybe RRD owns 3 plants and leases the other 6......

Co. just confirmed it..... Hi xxxxxx – correct - the acquisition includes all of their Canadian operations and sites – 3 specifically are owned, the others are leased.  Our intent is to sell and lease-back the 3 owned sites, and have ascribed an estimated net value of $30M to the 3 owned sites – so $123M, less $30M, gets to a net purchase price of $93M.  We are well-advanced in those

At first I thought it was odd that NR did not talk about possible cost savings synergies from duplication in the merged entity but mgmt probably does not want to reveal this until deal closes.
