Hi xxxxxx – correct - the acquisition includes all of their Canadian operations and sites – 3 specifically are owned, the others are leased.  Our intent is to sell and lease-back the 3 owned sites, and have ascribed an estimated net value of $30M to the 3 owned sites – so $123M, less $30M, gets to a net purchase price of $93M.  We are well-advanced in those discussions already.
