Dividend 15 Split Corp. II is an investment company, which invests in a portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding, Canadian companies. It offers two types of shares, a Class A and Preferred. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit...

DF unit nav to April 4 = approx: $14.96
Spreadsheet showing a loss of 19 cents since the march 28 numbers. And the trend being down since APRIL 1 will likely mean a miss for DF again.... going to be hard to gain in a market correction.

That will indicate the need for a June cut. If job strength continues to overwhelm, on one hand, there's no recession but rate cuts get pushed further out yet again. The market has baked in 3 cuts

DF unit nav to April 03 = approx: $14.99
So spreadsheet is showing a loss of 16 cents since the updated numbers from Quadravest to March 28. Last trade @ $4.78 means the discount is 21 cents or about 4 %

DF guesstimate UNIT NAV = 15$ to April 2
