Dividend 15 Split Corp. II is an investment company, which invests in a portfolio of 15 dividend-yielding, Canadian companies. It offers two types of shares, a Class A and Preferred. The investment objectives with respect to the Class A shares are to provide holders of the Class A shares with regular monthly cash dividends. The net asset value per unit must be above the required $15 per unit...

I built a spreadsheet based on the information given by Quadravest latest annual report and I updatre it with calculations based on their semi-annual, quarterly, mid-month and month-end reports.

Well spoke too soon, more red in DF than green at this point. And the UNIT NAV hiovering around 15$..... i am out and bought more LFE this am, much safer bet..

Agreed. There should be no need for Quadravest to use an alternate date this month unless the portfolio takes a drastic tumble before the close.

Barely above $15
With today's drop the NAV (without considering any accrued dividends from holdings) is ~$15.01519 I can only hope that they had good gains with options and, also, tomorrow would see all holding

Some nice gains back in the last hour as MFC bounced back to green numbers and is their biggest holding at last report. Some of the banks also regained some of the losses, and DF needs to hope

I would agree with your assessment. I think if rates were to ever fall back to 2020 levels then it would be on the heels of a troubled economy. Slow 1/4 pt cuts over time is the likely path forward

I really dont think there will BIG interest rate cuts. Likely .25 % each time, and maybe only 2 or 3 of those in 2024 at the most. WILL make little difference to the lifecos income from high interest
