~$15.02. Discount: ~$0.33

My money's on a dividend declaration this month so long as these calculations are correct. Quadravest does not need to wait for tomorrow's closing NAV if today's meets the threshold for payment.

Where do you get current information to calculate NAV?  outstanding shares, liabillities and net assets? thanks

Go to the Quadravest website and look at the list of the stocks held in the portfolio. Unfortunately, the weightings are dated and imprecise so there is plenty of guesswork involved. You will need to make a spreadsheet and update the price of each security in order to get an estimate. It takes time and effort and even then, the calculations are only going to be estimates since none of us truly ...more
