DF unit nav to March 15 = approx: $15.79
So the spreadsheet had DF gaining only 4 pennies since the FEb 28 update...and that puts the commons value at $5.79 and the premium is 9% or so.

DF unit nav to March 14 = approx: $15.83
SO DF still up 8 cents since the Feb 28 update, and will make the cut for distributions to commons again. The premium is now about 45 cents at the last trade, which works out to a reasonable 7.7%

DF unit NAV to March 11 = approx: $15.90
So its hard to find a split fund common that has had a bigger % increase in NAV since the Feb 28th update. Most are actually showing big losses in that time. DF has gained 15 cents in the NAV

Quadravest updates cash position @ 16% to Feb 28
So , obviously Quadravest went to a higher cash position at FEB's end, and a person would think they may have been buying deals after the selloff. SO i adjusted from the 12% i had estimated

DF unit NAV to March 8 =approx: $ 15.74
So puts the value of the commons @ $5.74. AFTER distributions. I find it strange that DF is trading right near its NAV, but LFE IS trading at about a 10% premium with the value of the commons at $4.06

Quadrvst updates DF unit NAV to FEB 28@ $15.90 before dist
SO not sure where we are now with the navs, and need to see the holdings order and cash position to see what is happening. DF commons had a value of 5.75 after dist.

DF unit NAV to Feb 24 = APPROX: $15.69
So DF commons would have a value of 5.69 BEFORE distributions are paid. Ex divvy date tomorrow , so most Bank brokerages take the 10 cent distribution off . SO the value ex divvy would be about $5.59
