latest update on DF, the dividend move coming weeks.....

latest update on DF, the dividend move coming weeks.....hi all, so far going into a new week and last of February as time is moving fast!  The best part is the NASDAQ is leading the way and the tech sector is not looking back. Right now we need to look at DF stock and what is quadravest doing since all stocks are on a high run and Dividend stocks are now a key focus for many.  Looking at the charts and strength of DF stock we are headed to $5 and this will trigger a new NAV NET  above $15 for the first time in almost 2 years. We all know there is no reason for this stock to dip so low at times and we made money on the cycles. However, this move from the low $3 and where we are now is in recovery and they will take it much higher next month. Why? Why are we headed higher now and not when they announce the dividend next month mid way into March news.  The only thing i can see is when they update the website by March 6th on the new NAV NET over $15 can help this stock all of March and those who stayed on the sidelines will rush in and new money. So we need to be ready to take profits when this happens as we cannot be greedy if we got in a month ago. Profits are key into the coming weeks as this stock is going to be over $5 in coming weeks. Now what is to come in March? Remember the website link i posted to help everyone see what the statistics are on the FED? Are we cutting rates or staying the same? So right now see this link again and save it as i have it set up for you so we are ahead. Right now the signs are showing a first rate cut into March by the FED by a 20% vote. I would say any rate cut will help Nasdaq move higher and this is too good to be true. So for us lets focus on DF stock as the assets in this investment are amazing and the shares outsanding is only 24million float. We can see this stock move higher than FFN faster into March and if this happens take profits.

For now see the link on the CME and save it, start from the top of the website as you will see the count down of days until the FED meet. This is key as DF stock will have already announced news on the Dividend. Scroll lower on the site and you will see the % on the rate cuts.....

Now here is the chart for DF stock for the week as we stay above $4.60 we will see the next NAV NET come 1st week of March that will be over $15 bucks.

See this chart on the trend and alsop BARCHART.com is so bullish on DF right now. https://www.barchart.com/stocks/quotes/DF.TO/opinion

Also RBC Dirrect investing has ths stock over the next 2 to 6 weeks very bullish with no bears in the way. Resistence was at $4.57 and we did push to a new 52 week high.

chart below, where we can go by the 1st week of March target $5.30, see my latest chart as the degree is more vertical and we are headed higher in coming weeks.
