DF unit NAV to May 13 = approx: $14.99

So its a close call on whether DF will pay to commons this month. It might depend on how they did with options ( losing or winning) and collecting  dividends. Too close to call, and we shall see next week when the Quadravest  udpate comes out.

Do your calculations account for the cash holdings? Super close call. It'll be interesting next week!

 Yes  the substantial short term cash holdings  are accounted for  and do not generate much in  capital gains, and  DF has less in dividends received from holdings. DF could have used some cash to buy back beaten down names in the last week... so there is that as well.
