PULCAN invests another $10k in DF stock

hi all, I took my dividend and profits from OSP perferred shares and made a nice .16 cents per share dividend. I took $10k now to take advantage of DF stock at these low prices i believe we will see a run up to $5 soon. With the rates already in play and OIL steady this stock is a great value. Once we hit the $15 NAV NET this is a good dividend pay at .10cents. Also with the service fees no longer being paid by Quadravest you will see this benefits shareholders. Our NAV NET is $14.01 even at these low prices. so if we can hit the $5 plus we can see us close to the dividend again. For me i want the return on the share price for profits and also dividend.
