My spreadsheet has DF gaining about 10 cents since the AUG 18 update.
Commlns now with a value of $4.90
Very good chance of making a distribution for the september segment...

So, you're saying they're trading with no premium? I bought 15,000 @ $4.88 and 15,000 FFN @ $4.99-$5.00

market was positive about Div. this month but they failed again so selling Off with market could drift back ti low 4 ss ,,,,,,,,  Look into Ino.un  Reit  Under 5 now if looking for  9% yield  down 40% in few days due to Div. cut

It's painful and it's probably the biggest loss I have ever taken, but I'm holding. DGS is still paying (for now) and FFN will come back to pay at some point. When they do it will be at 20-30% yields for me and I will recover the paper losses I have now.

   We're at a turning point. I think the S&P500 bottomed mid July, now we retest and stay above the lows. Oil is still going down, and it's the basis for inflation. Natural gas prices are triple what they were 3 years ago so it's still a bit murky. I think September will be the final interest rate hike

Job report not that Rosy though not bad and markets getting some oversold bounce though i expect this down turn will resume with feds 75 Pt raise and more to come
