DF unit NAV to Feb24 = approx: $14.72 before dist.

After distributions the commons would have a value of $4.68 as they only pay to preferreds.
Discounted by 36 cents at this point.

Have started to Nibble on this.  Sold the little bit of DFN that i still stubbornly held. Did REALLY well on LCS.  Still trading at a discount and hold at a nice profit.  Thank you from the bottom of my heart.  Learning to be patient and NOT remain a "Dividend Pig".  The Capital gains YOU have given me from 2020 onwards are wonderful (LBS).  Be happy, Be ...more

DF is not one of those i would be buying in the current market environment. The Canadian banks are kind of showiing the weakness some are expecting in Canada, as BNS down over 5% at one point today and BMO getting smacked after poor results. Amazingly the only 3 split funds commons i see that are ACTUALLY making any kind gains are LCS, LFE and FFN. For some reason DFN share price is rising again ...more
