DF unit nav to March 3 = approx: $14.81

So the spreadsheet showing a gain of about 15 cents  since the monthend update.
DF commons now with a value of  $4.81, and they just seem to get above the level for paying..big discount of nearly 7% here.

DF might get above the level for paying soon. The capital build will be great when it happens. So I bought more.

One thing for certain, if your are buying a split fund common with a value below the 15$ threshhold, your chances for  capital gains with DF, are far greater than with DGS. They now have very similar NAV for the common shares, both under 5$, and DGS trades at huge premium and DF trades at a discount. Its not rocket science.  Its best to buy the one on sale versus the high priced flavor ...more
