DF unit nav to March 22 = approx: $15.13

Spreadsheet showing a gain of only 9 cents  today, ( since the March 15 updated numbers)  and not much cushion for DF for paying to commons. And a long time to go until next midmonth update.

The rising tide has lifted all boats.  This boat, DF, is made of weak stuff and could easily sink below $15 nav any given day.  When the "sell in May" bunch get going, DF is very likely going to miss a few dividends.
