MOUSERMAN

MOUSERMANl will take this opportunity to thank you for stepping in to replace the PILE  ON CURRENT NAV numbers , if l may l would like to offer some observations and points. watching the board it seems many think that no other company ever traded at a premium. Watching  Market Call and those money managers who require a half million or more for them to condone to make money from yours , everybody is a multimillionaire investor and it seems like SH here as well. That l have an issue with , l think there are hundreds if not more young investos starting out , middle age paying off mortgages and raising expensive teenages and especially those retired in expensive living areas looking and needing monthly income to stand proud and not go to a FOOD bank or curtail their way of living. When it comes to DFN they pay a 15% div a year unlike the average Div payer of 4 to 6 %. That difference of 9 to 11 % is huge for those with only RRSPS RRIFS or TFSAs. Nobody wants to lose money on their original investment but those requiring extra income this spread is huge. 19 years and only 4 missed payments , other than Banks , major and some Utiities who can make that claim. In my case , l am not needing that money right now , its all reinvested giving me about 60 share at current values per month that translates to $860  increased div per year. l will take that any day of the week now and forever. Conclusion , some who callthis over done or bloated might want to compare to the rest of their portfolio and consider those whos objectives may be somewhat different than the millionaires who post here and elsewhere. One thing SH is not an exclusive club for the rich but a forum from all stratas of Society. Thanks for your indulgence.
