Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

SO the spreadsheet showing a gain of about 7 cents since the MARCH 15 UPDATE. LAST SALE @ $5.55 means a premium of about 21 cents before dist. I dont own any ....

My DFN spreadsheet deadon once again @$15.27
So the UNIT NAV came in right at $15.27 which, so no adjustments needed on that spreadsheet. After today the spreadsheet is showing a gain of 3 cents , so UNIT NAV to close of March 19 = approx;

The higher the nav, the safer the split. BK nav would have to drop 25% for the dividend to stop. DFN would stop if nav fell 2%.
