Its investment objectives with respect to Class A Shares are to provide holders with regular monthly cash distribution targeted to be $0.10 per Class A share and return the original issue price to their holders on the termination date. They cant pay if its short.... but they pick and choose a date where it made the 15$ threshhold..but only wait so long. TODAY is probably as far as they can stretch it.

DGS has missed paying distributions more than once because it was short by a penny. It sucked to miss but that is what a responsible fund does. Honestly DFN looks desparate and will bend the rules in

So gained some back today, and now only 6 cents short of the 15 $ threshhold. Surprised that Quadravest didint announce distributions after the close today.

They are redeemable fo 10$ on Dec 1. Therefore they are a better short term deal than the prefs you mentioned considering the capital gain on the discount that they are trading on
