RE:RE:RE:Time to buy?No need to worry about the extension of the Termination Date, in my opinion. The Company has previously stated: "On June 3, 2013, the Shareholders voted at a special meeting to extend the term of the Company initially to December 1, 2019, and thereafter the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board of Directors”) may extend the Termination Date for further terms of five years each." Thus no need to get a shareholder vote each time, the Directors can just approve the extension (usually 6 months before the date, as they have done before).
Also, interest sensitive stocks, in general, are down because of the rising bond yields, but in the case of DFN, it appears to be way oversold.
