Q about DFN NAV

Q about DFN NAVLove this portal and this stock that yields 15%+.
Question for audience as i'm newly invested in this stock and need to double check on NAV.  I am trying to set my stop losses as safety measure in case of a major crash as a recovery stop.   I do see on website of the following NAV details: https://www.quadravest.com/dfn-fund-features:

April 30, 2021

NAV Pre-Distribution:    $17.16

Distribution:    $0.1458

NAV Net of Distribution:    $17.02

NAV + Total Distributions Paid to Date:    $49.64

Under which NAV does the stock price have to exceed in order to obtain the dividend on Apr 30 (example).  Does this mean the Class A and Preferred both have to be meet or exceed $17.16 on Apr 30 in order to be granted the dividend as an investor?

-What happend if it falls below and ends at $17.00 on Apr 30 as an example?
-Where can we get the exact Nav or DFN?

look fwd to the help.  I'm just trying to see how I can avoid in October 2020 or March/Apr 2020 when DFN did not pay out its dividend and much rather stop loss at 5% down where i can re-evaluate.  Appreciate the help.
