The net asset value per unit must remain above the required $15 per unit threshold for distributions to be declared. Its investment manager is Quadravest Capital Management Inc.

See 15min in, adrian who runs a dividend channel says DFN confirmed UNIT value < $15 on sep30, meaning no dividend reported for October 2022 to be paid in November. But he does recommend buying more despite it
