RE:RE:DFN to not issue dividend in NovemberOk, that makes sense. Dividend is not under threat (for now).
Funnily enough, DFN traded weak all day despite strong rebound in all underlying stocks. May be because he made a mistake, or may be because someone finally took note of large premium in price.
Premium is still large.. so I will remain out of this game. I like preferred though - way better than traditional fixed income.
I estimate my own NAV on a sheet. Was sharing it here actively when I had the position, but stopped doing it for past few weeks since I got out. I messaged here in the forum, in last week of August when I was getting out at 8 handle. I also regularly recheck my NAV specifically on Quadravest's reported days, and so I continuously tweak my calculations to make a best fit model. I am normally within 5-10 cents of actually report number - generally on the higher side, except when they do offering.
