Obviously, if using a later date results in a dividend declaration, Quadravest has in numerous occasions gone with that instead. That is precisely my point - the default inclination is to pay the dividend whenever possible. I have found It is extremely rare for them not to do whatever they can to issue a dividend.
If you have examples of them not doing so other than in highly exceptional circumstances like COVID, I stand to be corrected. You may be more familiar with such cases than I am.
