Looking at scotiaitrade's technical analysis, there are positive targets for zeb, spy, bigb, and lots of others. Get your money off the sidelines to participate. Main Street may be in a recession, but wall Street is in a new bull.

I agree with that analysis. When the first rate cut lands next year a surge in appetite for yield will follow and the only place to get it will be in equities again. We are still in the early stages of that capital flow.
