DFN UNIT NAV in realtime = approx: $15.04

So at this point the spreadsheet is showing a gain of 39 cents since the NOV 30th update. SO not a real lot of room above the threshhold for paying. But DF gets the nice premium already only 1 day of being above the threshhold. BOC today saying they arent considering any cuts in the interest rate just yet, so the exuberant buying may be a little premature.
