Say goodbye to a cut in March

Powell on the call now and has pretty much squashed a March cut. No surprise by me. I think a FED cut in April is less than 50% now and June now the target start date. However, the BoC might try to squeeze one cut in by April just to salvage a comatose real estate market.

Real estate market might be comatose , but the rental market is thriving,  it is likely the highest it has ever  been across Canada... may be by design for Turdeau and his WEF pals...  IF BOC starts to take shelter into  account for inflation, it may be awhile for Canada to begin cutting rates as well.
