DFN unit nav guesstimate to Feb 2 = approx: $14.97

That would after distributions to common and preferred shares.
Commons approx: value today is $4.97... and premium now about 24 cents...maybe 5 %
Will know more when the full update appears, which gives changes in weightings and cash position.
