wow they waited until the last day to be sure that the nav is above $15 because as of April 15 the nav was below $15

Certainly not reliable for investor who want to trade this title!!!  Probably better for long term investor.  Wonder if they might be sued for not following the fund covenant?  This could also leed to some "delit d'initi" for insider if they traded the fund during these days...

If you read the Prospectus, you'll find no requirement to use the mid-month NAV as the basis for div distribution.

Looking at the long term outlook on this stock and I would assume it's going to continue to decline. I'd say there is much better options.
