I'd agree with you on MOST stocks/plays out there, this one however has it's path set.If anything there could be a sense or ugency.I highly doubt that when the first T-14 rolled across the border from Putin that George and Ewan got up from the office and left and RIO said thanks but not today. Couple more days and we will know what is going on for 2022. Somethings are directly effected

Safe secure supply for over 30 years.... its about price now per share I hope and suspect.  Urgency makes sense.  Seems like the timing suggests a no brainer.  History of over 20 years and an inability "to close a deal".  Fingers crossed and good luck to the parties involved, especially the negotiators to bring this to an end...

What I felt was a tell which may be available in previous info somewhere is George's statement of OS getting minned first , which could be accurate or not as we don't exactly know RIO's mine plan. Ken talking about special financing, I just feel in my bones that SDC will be around for years to come in some aspect maybe further exploration development along side RTEC while RIO PLC goes
