RE:RE:CIBC Upgrade AgainIndustrial real estate has done well as a whole in the last few years. I can speak for the Canadian commercial real estate market and the majority is not publically listed. Depending on the city (this can be expensive) with the most recent transaction that Artis did in the GTA sold at a sub 3 cap. 

Dream Industrials new direction appears to be Europe at a higher than GTA cap rate with debt being currency swapped to under 1%.
