Moving into earnings, should be record revenue Q over Q, or at least better be given the Barrburrito acquistion.
I'm pretty light on this one now as to me the business model is somewhat of a failure.  This used to be my largest position but when I looked at the royalty partners and realized that I'd be willing to own less than half of them if they traded individually I paused.  This coupled with the annual share price killing dilution required for new acquisitions means this is getting more and more rangebound.  And while I like the new fixed percentage annual royalty increases in some cases, it could be just masking deteriorating business fundamentals in others.  
Good buy in the $2.60's and lighten up in the $3 area seems to be a great way to play this now.

Don't wiggle your tail prematurely. It is going to be interesting. I made to bets between two " dogs " DIV & AD.UN and RUS & BIP.UN. Sold the most of DIV to buy more of AD.UN. So far very even. Also sold all of RUS to buy BIP. UN. Bought RUS during the pandemic made good money on it but I think BIP..UN has fresher legs. So far good call. A few months ago bought MAIN up 11 ...more

The dividends received from DIV are "eligible" to the dividend tax credit (in Canada) Main are not: "The final determination of the tax attributes for dividends each year are made after the close of the tax year. The final tax attributes for 2024 dividends are currently expected to include a combination of ordinary taxable income and qualified dividends and may include capital ...more

Don't worry I am constantly watching Trudeaudick. Taxes from MAIN is not my shitt as of now. I bought it for my wife SDRSP since she doesn't have any pension accept small CPP and OAS. Besides getting tax refund the idea is when she retires to liquidate/ withdraw all her RRSP back to cash under tax exempt which is $ 15 000 these days. To liquidate as much as possible. RRSP is not the best ...more
