Pretty bad

Pretty bad
Ever since the 'merger' was announced we have been beaten down every single day. The maket clearly dissaproves of the deal and i completely agree this time. For me this deal is simply about dillution and a foul way to get more money from shareholders. All these assests based mining companies are bleeding money and the only way for them to keep going is too keep dilluting the stock, by re-capitalizing or basically by any means necessary to get the necessary funds untill a mine actual goes into operation or when they are taken over by someone else.
DML does not have the capital to keep drilling and neither does Fission, i don't care about the value that is supposed to be in the ground, the stock value at this time just reflects the health of the company and clearly they are not well. The same thin  happened to Uranium One, endless dillution until they almost had a billion stocks and then shareholder were wiped out by a hostile russian takeover. All these years eager beleievers in the urnanium story funded their operations only to be stripped of the little they had left with the aggressive takeover.
I feel the same is happening with Denison and Fission. After the deal is done we will be left holding a bag that is only half full (2:1 stock split) and a promise that all is going to be great in the future,... same old story
