WHEN the US ponys up and does the work to decriminalize cannabinoids at the Federal level and goes one step further and legalizes it such that Interstate commerce can happen, complete with banking, brokering and all of the other tools that all other companies in the States have, they will launch the biggest greenrush the world is going to see.
Legalization on the ballot will become a political plum for either party and Biden could get this done and steal the thunder from Trump.
Times have changed and politics moves too slowly with all the old agers they have clogging up progress like the Hatfields and McCords. They need some young blood to speed things up in US politics.
