i didnt receive anything. I dont really understand the situation at the moment thaugh. The boarding member need to vote for accepting the resignation. How can this work since 4 out of 7 might be on there way out. Is it like once johane get to be voted out 6 of the memeber will vote or is it only the 3 selected by fortescue that are left to decide what happen?

and out of these 90m share that voted 50m belong to fortescue... I bet most small investor didnt vote since all those board member had millions of share if i remember well.
