Summary

specification

Primary Responsibilities & Authority
Ensure, and maintain the security and efficiency within the materials warehouse by following established
and suggested procedures
Responsible for the unloading and audit of incoming product. Ensure that the required documentation is
complete and has the authority to reject defective product, segregate it and immediately fill-out nonconformance
reports
Responsible for following the procedures for storage, handling, packaging, preservation and shipping
stated by the contract or specification.
Prepares all items for shipping and maintain records in system for all incoming and outgoing materials
Ensure good housekeeping of warehouse, including labeling and intelligent organization of materials
Supervise Quarterly count process and report relevant discrepancies in timely manner to the Operation
Manager
Other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities
Verifies information against bill of lading, invoices, work orders and other documents.
Assemble and pack goods to be shipped and prepare identifying information and shipping instructions.
Fill out all required records, for receiving inspection, customer-supplied products, final inspection, bill of
lading and/or delivery receipts.
Call Custom Brokers to arrange for shipments and deliveries
Training, Education & Skill Requirements
High School Diploma/GED or Higher
Good Communication And Arithmetic Skills Required.
A flexible and strong team player that can work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 70lbs safely
Plant operations and community relations requires significant manufacturing knowledge as well as
advanced interpersonal and supervisory skills
Minimum 3 Years Of Inventory Management Experience
Minimum 3 years of Manufacturing/ Warehouse experience
Computer skills (software applications and data entry including ERP background)
Knowledge of perpetual inventory control methods
