Very Disappointed.......

Very Disappointed....... I've sent two emails to the dynaCERT management including Messrs Payne, Hoffman and Colin regarding the article in the Moosejawtoday.com article.

The first email (sent yesterday at around noon) provided them with a link to the article and suggest that it contained either inaccuracies or information that was not yet in the public domain.

Mr. Colin responded right away indicating that I forgot to include the link. I apologized and sent the link right away.

I have heard nothing since.

The second email sent early this morning requesting that they acknowledge receipt of the link containing the article as well as a recap of what I believed required comment/clarification from the Company.

The body of that email is set out below:
"Jean Pierre,
I did not hear back from you as to whether you received the link and reviewed its contents.

My assessment is that the article in question contains the following errors.
  1. dynaCERT was not started in 2014. It was started as a public company in 2003 as Dynamic Fuel Systems Inc. I
  2. The company does not claim a return on investment of less than one year, particularly when the price is stated as $9000. It is impossible to make this or any other claim because the results will differ by truck, by route, by driver.
  3. The HydraGEN does not offer/provide fuel savings of 29%
  4. The following phrase " Reduced emissions are almost twice what the company reported in 2014 tests." is an interesting one. What/who was the information source for this statement?
  5. Did the company add 25 dealers in 2020?
  6. The City of Woodstock, Ontario got dynaCERT to convert its fleet to save fuel and reduce emissions.
  7. The company is building 56 units in a Mexican deal with potential for one million trucks and buses.  56 units? I trust you would agree that this is too specific a number to not be derived from a conversation with someone that has information regarding opportunities in Mexico.
  8. I do not believe the loss and cash position statements are accurate either. The recent public announcements indicate cash on hand at year end of  $20 million (warrant sales).

Will the company be issuing a statement of clarification?"

I have not received a reply.
