Lawsuits

LawsuitsLooks like the Guyanese are suing DYA for $3.8m plus the return of their deposit, as indicated in the Q1 MD&A.
Plus a former consultant suing for $700k. Is there any source to this being David Bridge? He seems to be the last reputable employee that has now parted with the company.

Q1 revenue of zero, and virtually zero cash left, not looking promising.

The only bright spot is Payne stepped down from the role of president. (Remains CEO and has taken over the chairman role). Change in management is long overdue here.
