Laws are in for a reason - to protect the public.  If this was BMO, Royal Bank, etc. they would hang the guy by his ears.  Look at SNC Lavilin - they lost billions for having bribes and kick backs.  Where do you draw the line is the problem.  Is it ok to pay personal expenses becasue the share price is going up.  Is it ok to create a ponzi scheme becasue the first guys in are making a ton of money.  Is it ok to build a portfolio of mortgages that you know wont get paid.    I want a president that puts the company before himself.  I just want to know the story - is this legal?
