RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:retiredcf I think in the long run ECN will do really well. I have averaged down to $4.71 which is a long way from today's price. Potencial head wins for ECN are increasing with interest rates continuing to rise. Will it slow down the manifactored home businees? It hasn't so far. I think it was very prudent to move on from Kesler that seemed stuck in nuetral. Now these funds can go to their boat & RV business to replace Kesler's income but ECN seems to not be in a hurry to purchase because of interest rates continue to rise effecting the multipules. They don't want to over pay. So I think for most it is going to be a prove it story. ECN has shown it has the formula to take business & create value but I think this is going to take some time. And yes there is potential opportunities with manufactured homes & boat & Rv as a result of the destruction of the storms.
