I know but I have a view on that. Insiders have bought a ton already. This is a hard time in the market and the chance to sell shares are long gone to pay for everyday expenses. It may  be hard for them to add shares with no short term horizon of a liquidity event. At least they aren't selling. 

in terms of the company not buying to cancel I am not surprised. They are focused on using cash to grow floor plan assets which will drive growth and for m&a. Those will be far more accretive in an Ecn sale on the future than share repurchase.
