All time low trading e.g., low 2's since inception in 2016

Looked at the graph and appears ECN is now in the lowest trading range in its history. The trend appears to be going towards the low 2's or high 1's. In my opinion going to take a few qtr(s) before start to trend up or solid news release. Solid buy if gets into the low 2 range.

toppgunn - The only problem with your theory is that you forgot about the $7.50 special dividend. Put that back into your equation, and we're trading around $10.00. GLTA
