Bihl, Anthony Phillip and Herrera, Guillermo Alfonso both excercised options on warrents. Chairman and director of the board. I have to ask the same question, what negative anayisis are you talking about Roger.
The only negative I ever heard of was a blog from over 2 years ago from some guy self entitled as biophysicsist ... who ... in fact could never be what his title subscribed to as his article was full of basic errors in simple math in calculating the absolute. GammaGrouch laid into him with a response correcting his errors and pointing out there was many more. Bio never came back.
Hardly anywhere near reputable.
So far all signs point to a positive outcome for all ...... but it is what it is .... a risk. I'm all in.
What are you hoping to buy at Roger ?? ...... .50 cents ??
I'd say get in now while you can. Early access / Compassionate use will send this through the roof before FDA approval comes. Then it will go through the stratosphere.
We'll find out who is right soon enough ....... won't we.
