Even if they were why wouldn't they, at the the very least, sub contract the sales and marketing to a more suitable company...alas... they don't. Big question is why?? Watching the way this company has traded over the last 3 or 4 years it's pretty obvious that there is some end game that few are privy to. I enjoy hearing some of the other theories out there so keep em coming... If people don't really believe in the story and the science, there are a ton of other plays out in the market. PKK, PLTR, NIO, FANS. I think spring next year we will be all singing a very different tune... I'm holding and adding. Regards
Nah I was never a fan of the life-style theory floated by Inca-d-d I believe...who threatened to sell his postion for months on end from summer to fall, then (apparently) finally did...only to come back to regail us with earth shattering factoids from an ex-employee gripe-site.
There is clearly at least one very interested future "partner" and very likely an at least talked about idea/formula to hand over the reins to an entity more qualified to market/sell/distribute. If the formula is in ink, it's likely redacted. If it's in pencil, then it must be none of our business. For my money the formula is likely written in pencil (in part due to its erasabilty), perhaps because the multipliers change depending on the Tigris (3b "confirmatory") Trial results and FDA actions. Did I mention that Spectral is the only player offering a potential solution in the $ 2 to $ 5B severe sepsis market (and ON TOP OF THAT, might also play a role in treating the more severe Covid cases - see Vincenza))?
And there may very well be two deals in the works. One for PMX/EAA and one for Dialco (unless it's an IPO in waiting). Did anyone mention that the only two other FDA approved (and harder to use) Home Dialysis machines trade at valuations around $ 2B ?! What AKI patients want to risk going to a clinic these days? Can you say a "Covid boosted" industry? With these big numbers, it's hardly a "lifestyle" play by a few Execs in it for a nominal salary (by comparison to their potential Option exercise gains) ..even IF that salary also comes with keys to an executive washroom (that apparently a few disgruntled ex-employees are inclined to want to soil). I wonder if the staff washroom has glass walls and that is their true beef?
