RE:RE:Covid... "I look at the sad position our share price is in - a new 52 week low! We had been cruising above $.50 a share when our CEO determined we had to close a deal at well below that trading amount in a few days in late July. In order to bring us US exposure and key investors to spread the good news!! We've since had the share price beaten down to less than 60% of where it was - on no news disclosed!! Guess the investment market skills are getting rather rusty." -AP
Let's review. What has our new CEO accomplished for Spectral so far this year, or since becoming CEO?
-a dilutive (> 10%) financing at a very poor price in relation to the pre finance trading price ?
-a collapsing share price caused by the Anonymous selling of > 5 million shares ( related to the financing? or perhaps was something very important overlooked?) ?
-Perhaps the fact that he has gathered ( rewarded himself with) many more cheap shares/ warrants/ options - now totalling 1.5 m so far ( 2m? Someone look it up) ?
-Almost Zero US investor exposure except for a lackluster Benzinga presentation that probably put their energetic, fast paced audience to sleep ? If any were left watching at the end of the day
-little to no share trading volume relative to comparable companies ( ie a continuing chronic lack of liquidity) ?
-Burning through cash while overseeing the addition of less than 2 enrollees into Tigris per month.?
-After promising word on US Listing ( senior exchange) by Sept/ Oct ... via Benzinga,
we now have a vague kick of the can down the road into 2022 sometime..." because we don't want to list and have no news to offer after listing on Nasdaq"
What?!?!?!?!?
if you seemingly do not believe in your own Company ( and what it offers the world) especially NOW, how do you expect new investors to believe in the Company ?
- How about high-lighting the hiddenVALUE / mispriced assets ?
- then maybe the fact that its product addresses the biggest ICU killer with no other competitors?
- or that it may help address the continuing Covid crisis ?
- or that there are 2 FDA approvals and two more in late stages ?
- or that it has an innovative, game changing entry into a $10B home dialysis market?
someone please add to the list of CEO accomplishments that I may have overlooked
