In this case, you could be right that another deal is right around the corner between a major and i-Dialco (InfoMed). With the new arrangement, the major deals directly with InfoMed while Spectral still receives a cut in return for the previous approvals without any overhead. A loss for for sure but maybe that's the only way a deal with the major could be made.
