Just a guess but i'd think some sorta deal is still forthcoming..I've always felt the a deal couldn't be made the way things were structured with Infomed..It's clear cut now and looks to be more equitable in my mind ..This is the largest most profitable hardware market in the world, I’d doubt Infomed would have wanted to give away that market without retaining more skin in the NA market,.

Maybe the major dialysis companies didn't want to deal with a small third party and prefered to deal directly with the manufacturer and cut out the middleman. In this case, you could be right that another deal is right around the corner between a major and i-Dialco (InfoMed).
