RE:RE:RE:I thought…Unfortunately I was not able to attend the presentation last Thursday due to holiday family commitments. I have just read the presentation and my take is as follows:
If you're an optimist you will accept everything that management has said.
If you're a pessimist you'll reject everything that management has said.
If you're a pragmatist you realize that this management team is the one that's going to get us across the finish line - I don't see any signs the BOD are planning any changes to the team and they are in control. The Team's timing to date is unimpressive but the result is solid for the 35% achieved so far. Economics still very good - even if only a 30% penetration of the addressable market that's $185 million USD at minimum 10 times at conversion rate of 1.35 and using 350 million shares that's still above $7 Cdn a share. I gather valuation metrics quoted during the presentation session by management were several times that result.
So being a pragmatist I resign myself to the new time frame with continuing and close scrutiny of management and their work. I will cheer true achievements but call out continuing failures. I'd love to be in the position of only cheering.
