warrants from his particiapation in the financing.  I'm curious to see if he acts before the April 20th deadline.  If my memory serves me correctly ( as it often does, even @ my advanced age ), he had previously left some in the money options on the table years ago.

It's comical to think about 45 cent CAD options being discussed given the number of FDA approvals, FDA confirmatory processes and partnerships we're currently involved in.

I guess 3M CAD is useful, but counting hash brown crumbs when a NASDAQ listed single pony play is eating a fully loaded baked potatoes at $54/shre USD for proceeds of 149 MILLION USD... isit does provide somewhat of a "contrast"...."GEEZ"...I wonder if they've finished their due diligence as to whether being listed here in the US is "of value"?

I agree with the Patient Home comparison, I owned Patient Home and sold too soon ; - ( ... look deeeply into the entire Patient Home to PTQ & VMD process, you'll be pleasantly surprised as to how closely we're aligned to the "potential process"

PS - I have less trouble with the currency conversion than the "lead, paid for" Zacks rep we bought the HOLD from..this 3M CAD is about 1.5% of the recent Outset raise on the NASDAQ..knot to fret, everything makes soup ; - )

It's too bad we never really looked at  the US market for its abundance of capital and appetite for Biotech stories ...and cheap capital too (i.e less dilution required).e.g. Ooutset medical. I no longer believe there is any "due diligence" going on wrt  listing on the US market.   Too many excuses for too long.   Hope springs eternal for the very short

Impossible to say on both fronts. There have been many posts as to posible valuation of the two key peices. IMHO Dialco could/should be worth $ 1B to $ 1.5B, as long as it tests out for home use.  this is based on historical Outset and NxStage acquisition.  Will a big player who wants (back?) in to HHD and PD  step up before the final FDA sign-off?   The market is

I prefer to use CAD $ in my estimates. But if I was in Seto's shoes i would entertain any and all offers in USD ;) Remember that Outset raised $ 150Million USD this week based on a corporate valuation of $ 3Billion CAD. This for a FDA approved HHD pump (their only & one trick pony?) that purportedly is not as innovative, easy to use, and flexible as the DIMI is once approved ( as

MM, Thanks for your thoughts! We are close to or over 250M shares outstanding. Time was, there were prognostications for $10 a share=now $2.5B. There is going to be a reverse split (at the appropriate time which is????). I think a 6 for 1 would be sufficient but what do I know. That would make, if the prognosticators/wishers were correct, now a $60 stock. Still not a lot compared to what else is
