Spectral isn't "on the verge of proving their case" , they have already proven it. They received the very, very, very rare "Breakthrough Designation" from the FDA.  MM I can't find anyone anywhere that received a BTD and didn't land an approval, in our case it will be very shortly thereafter.

Don't get me wrong Gorf, I place the probablity of success at MUCH higher than 50%... ...mainly because, as you say, they pretty much tick (as you point out) all the boxes of BTD ...but also becasue Baxter is involved, and ... ...also because under Tigris,  they are "greatly exceeding expectations", and also  ...because ther have been more than 200,000 safe uses , and

Yes, everything you list plus they are COMMERCIAL NOW! That is correct, their SAMI product is on its way in to the largest dialysis provider in the South Eastern US in ARC dialysis. That too! The NPV on that deal alone dwarfs their current market cap. Wrap your head around that, and that is just 1 deal from division number 2!!!  Just 1 of many to come...
