When management can not do there job there is only one direction the stock can go. Any interested investor would look at the enrollment pace. Any interested investor would see that each yearly raise has been weaker than the past.. With each passing month they chop away at any future PMX returns. When will the BOD care? September? If Seto and Kellum still cant hit "worst case" ...more
