You mean LaMancha buying 500K at $26? It closed at 26.40 on Friday so not sure what that really means. Anyone entity selling 500K is going not ignorant of what's going on.
Or was there others? I don't find too many places to get reliable (and free) access to insider trades in a timely fashion. If somebody can point me to a source that would be helpful.
As far as the CEO news, I am thinking this was an "after the market close" new scenario. Not a holt but should not be announced during active trading. A halt would not have made any difference to me Obviously the time to sell was before the news and not after. imo.
Last fall, Marathon Gold recieved takeover offer (under very suspicious/dubious circumstances) plus a large PP and the news was at 6:30am and no halt by either company. So go figure.
